Mercedes-Benz Arocs with Crawler Undercarriage
July 25th, 2013Last week Van der Marel's Loonbedrijf, based in De Lier in The Netherlands, ordered a brand-new Mercedes-Benz Arocs with crawler undercarriage and Palfinger crane.
The Mercedes-Benz Arocs is the new range of heavy-duty trucks, introduced by Mercedes-Benz earlier this year. The Arocs is aimed at the construction sector and all engines have been designed to meet the latest Euro 6 emissions standard. The Mercedes-Benz Arocs features an unusual and unmistakeable design and will stand out because of its radiator grille with so-called bucket-teeth-look.
The Arocs will be equipped with a Palfinger PK 34002 SH hydraulic crane supplied by VDA Konstruktie and a sturdy crawler substructure. All functionalities are for safety and convenience piloted by wireless remote control.
