Polyurethane Track Shoes

Last week we have replaced the nylon track shoes of a number of CPT trucks by steel track shoes provided with polyurethane protection pads.

The polyurethane material is extremely wear-resistant, highly flexible and very resistant to rupture. It’s scuff-resistant, so it does not leave "rubbing-stripes". Since vibrations are absorbed by the pads less noise is produced during driving. The pads resist all kinds of aggressive agents and conditions, such as petrol, grease, mineral oils, salt, many solvents, microbes, water, ozone / UV radiation, etc.
