Retrofitting Radio Remote Control to a Track-Truck

One of our clients, Keller Grundbau from Germany, has asked us to equip their existing track-truck type CPT truck with a radio remote control in order to improve the safety of the operator and to enable precise manoeuvring on tight jobsites.

The installation and testing has been done within 1 working day in our workshop. The installed radio remote control features the starting/stopping of the engine, rev controls, high/low speed selector, driving and manoeuvring forward/backward, and of course an emergency stop button.

The original integrity of the truck has been respected by the Gouda-Geo design team in all respects. Safety has improved considerably since the CPT operator can now manoeuvre the truck remotely with great precision and ease on the tightest jobsites.
